IMPORTANT NOTICE TO TOLL STATION USERS

The Public Enterprise for State Roads is informing the users of toll station services that, in accordance with operational changes in the functioning of the toll collection system, starting from 15 June 2026, the lanes marked for MTAG at toll stations (toll plazas) will be intended EXCLUSIVELY FOR USE BY ELECTRONIC TAG USERS.

This change means that payment using MCards on these lanes will be discontinued. MCard users will be making payment at the other available lanes at the toll station, in accordance with their designated purpose.

The Public Enterprise for State Roads also advises and appeals to users to strictly follow the vertical and horizontal road signage, as well as the informative electronic boards placed before and at the toll stations, where lanes are clearly categorized by type of payment:

  • electronic payment (MTAG / MCARD)
  • cash payment (CASH)

Additionally, for smooth and safe traffic flow, users are required to follow the lane status signals:

  • green arrow – indicates an active (open) lane
  • red X – indicates a closed lane

Failure to comply with lane designation and signage may cause traffic congestion and negatively affect traffic safety and efficiency.

This notice is issued for the purpose of providing timely information and allowing users to adapt to the changes in the toll collection system.
